Otherwise, I suppose that it's at least inevitable that some bus-nerds will film final journeys, so perhaps I'll be able to leach some audio from YouTube.
This Boris guy.. what a twat-mast-replica. Okay, so bendy buses go on fire and kill people, so what, we all used them of our own free will, well aware of the risks, what a pernicious wang-captain!
And there's this criticism about them not having many seats, yet, according to Wikipedia: "In a three-day period in February 2010, 31 homeless people were discovered to be using route 25 overnight." |

Actually just found a nice WAV of a Dutch bendy bus on freesound.. but slightly spoilt by, er.. the Dutch people talking on it!
Would be great to get the real deal.
If anyone manages to do this for me, you will be straight on my xmas shopping list. |

Well Hardsparrow, I tried.....and I failed
I DID see a 207 Bendy Bus in the flesh outside Westfield this morning but it was just drawing away.
I DID record it pulling out but the doors had already closed so didnt get that sound
Sadly, on playing back, it became apparent that the recording was CRAP 
(also I was chattering to my sister, whilst recording, which didnt help....)
I took a picture but I guess you can get a picture anyway off the internet......
so a failure all round, I'm afraid  |

I've found some good stuff online (far better than Mr. Crap's video there!).. just would have been nice to get something tailor-made, rather than off-the-shelf, as it were! But thanks for the thought.

Trust me, you really dont want to bother hearing it! Its just a load of noise with the odd bit of mine or my sisters voice, then a bit of whistling as the bus goes past that lasts for about half a second. Plus I cant work out how to get it off my phone... . |
