Anyone coming to this? Its only a fiver and its a great spot to hear some music. According to facebook event thing 10 people are going, which is almost the full capacity reached, such is the intimate nature of this wonderful but difficult to find venue.
ts a joint headline thingy with a friend of mine from Brighton called Mute Swimmer and he's great. For my part I'll be joined by Vince and Emma on strings and my brother John on accordion and a tremendous night of fun is guaranteed.
Dalston's not exactly central but this should be tasty, and if its not, well there's a good selection of beer in this place and some nice turkish restaurants nearby. Just listened to new Jah/Eyechilds release - now that is tasty
If we can make it, we will. No offence intended to your mate but any idea who is gonna follow who. Double Headers are always a problem.
The word on the street is that Mr Mute Swimmer will be on first and we'll be on second, shortly after 9 pm I'm guessing...but I'd recommend getting in for Mute Swimmer, its off the wall in the best possible way

It really pisses me off when i see someone at a gig and then they piss off without giving the rest of us even a chance. Or they turn up and then spend downstairs in the bar while the support play their bollox off to the faithful few. (A few nights at the Lexington recently come to mind)
Absolutely no offence was intended to Guy. If we can get there we want to make the whole gig. Won't know until tomorrow where I'm going to be an hour or so before the gig.
