Just in the interests of pedantism, the B-side of the So Forlorn 7" had the high-pitched outro as a seperate track of sorts.. So For Lorna. But from how you've spelt So Forlorn, perhaps you know this already..
Anyway, you can listen to that, when the A-side finishes, close your eyes and hum something neutral but distracting and whop it over as fast as you can, then pretend that the song is carrying on as if nothing has happened.
That's what I do anyway..
...so i was looking for the version of so forlorn i wanted on seaglass and my favourite girl promo thing with no luck...
i went to london to see broken social scene and the next day went into a random (awesome) cd shop in camden where i bought a pile of cds including a king creosote album promo with three songs for kc rules ok with a glossy mag thing attached to it (which is why i bought it) i didnt even pay attention to which songs were on it...
...i just played it and it has the version of so forlorn i have been looking for...man i must have done something good lately...thanks for all the help...very very very happy
