Can I buy Fence items in a shop? [^]
Select titles from the Fence Records back catalogue are available in a number of independent record stores around the United Kingdom. These include:

How do I order online? [^]
Select items from our shop, insert the number of copies you’d like to purchase in the allocated box, and add them to your cart, by clicking “add to cart”.
If you continue to navigate around the site, you can view what is currently in your cart, by clicking the ‘View Cart’ button. This is located in the top right corner of the page. You can change the quantity you desire at the “view cart” page, by changing the number in the “Qty” box, and clicking the “Update Cart” button. To remove an item, put “0″ in the “Qty” box. If you wish to remove all items from your cart, simply press the “Empty Cart” button.
All orders are processed via PayPal. Fence Records will send you an email to confirm your order within 5 days.
Most orders are posted out within 24 hours of receiving them. However, there are times when the shop is particularly busy – so please allow 14 days for delivery of your item.
Do I need to have a Paypal account? [^]
All payments made through www.fencerecords.com are processed via PayPal. You don’t need a PayPal account to purchase items – as PayPal can accept payment through most major credit/debit cards.
Fence Records will send you an email to confirm your order within 5 days.
Is PayPal secure? [^]
Because all the payments are processed via PayPal, all the security is done by PayPal – and we have never had a single security problem. They have all sorts of super duper security systems that we don’t have in Anstruther. If you want to know more, visit their security information centre.

The cost of shipping (postage and packaging) is calculated for you within our checkout and will come up automatically when you pay at PayPal.
Our shipping costs cover four zones, currently – UK (Zone 1), Europe (Zone 2), America (Zone 3), Australasia (Zone 4) and Rest Of World (Zone 5) – and vary depending on whether your order is for merchandise or tickets. Each item in our shop has been given a Shipping Rate Classification (A to F).
Tickets are given a Shipping Rate Classification of “C”. UK Tickets Shipping: A flat charge of £1.50, however many tickets you buy. So, you’ll be charged £1.50 on your first ticket, and the postage will be free for all the others.
International Ticket Shipping: You’ll be charged £2.00 on your first ticket, and £0.05 will be added for postage on each additional ticket.
Can I make an order by post? [^]
If you don’t have a credit/debit card, or an account with PayPal, you may wish to order items by mail order. We can accept cheque or postal order (not cash). All payments must be in pound sterling (£) – so no international mail orders, please.
ALL orders must include shipping, so be sure to add the right amount (see shipping rates above) to your order.

Why can I only buy 5? [^]
Here, at Fence Records, we deal in limited quantities. All of our Picket Fence titles are assembled by hand. All of our real CD’s are manufactured in limited quantities – usually only 500 or 1000. If you want to buy more than 5 copies of a specific item, let us know by email.
Basically, this measure has been taken to prevent touts from buying up a load of Homegame tickets in one go. We have the power to refund any payments we receive via PayPal – and we don’t send out tickets for our events until near the date. Spread the Fence love, people.

So if you still want to send us your demo feel free. There’s nothing like a wedge of crisp fivers in the envelope to grab our attention, but you would probably be better off spending those fivers on CDRs and crayons and making your own CDs and artwork to sell to friends and family. That’s what we do!
