The challenge of selling tickets at a craft fair proved just too much for a young(ish) 4-skin’ner (although I had exactly 18 at the time) so I decided to peruse the wares on sale. ‘Twas there I met a pre-KC KC and Pip Pip, along with a couple of other little green monkeys. Choices naturally come more than one at a time and so it was I turned my back on the ReoAeroSpeedChicagoBostonWagonSmith train for the less lucrative but ultimately more fulfilling tricycle that was the Skuobhie Dubh Orchestra. And so many moons came and went, as did the towns and tunes, a dodgy record deal and finally a family (thankfully the last of which are still with me). Occasional forays back into the world of Fence have been fun and productive although I couldn’t tell you the title of a single one, maybe.

So, into the present (post BC – after before computers). 3 albums awaiting despatch to Fence HQ and a host of some things completely different again. {approaching}{arriving}{leaving} – is what I’d call ‘dark ambient’ – make your own mind up. high tide – ambient soundscapes to fill a space in your head whilst you do something else. looking to the skij (pronounced sky) – some tracks that didn’t make it onto high tide and some more band oriented stuff, still instrumentals. hopefully you’ll all get to hear them soon…
