    The Pictish Trail

    Pictish Debut

Johnny Lynch’s first scatchy-batch of recordings as The Pictish Trail, recorded over a summer in 2002, and released on CD-R in 2003.  Features the original version of ‘Going Down To The Water’, as mauled by The Three Craws.

“One microphone, one guitar and one old shitty keyboard. The recording quality isn’t exactly squeaky-clean (although it is squeaky) – but the songs are all there.  The pops, whistles, purrs and airy noises kinda add to the whole feel of the album, I think…” PT, March 2003
